Obligations Under CLRA Act
🏢 Principal Employer Must:
- Obtain Registration Certificate (Form I & II)
- Ensure contractor is licensed
- Provide welfare facilities: canteen, rest rooms, latrines
- Verify timely wage payment by contractor
- Maintain Register of Contractors (Form XII)
- File Annual Return (Form XXIV)
- Notify inspector of commencement/completion of work
